During these 4 nights of our Summer Family Adventure (VBS) families will explore what life was like for the ancient Israelites through an adapted version of Group’s Wilderness Escape vbs. The Israelites have escaped from Egypt…but now what? As we journey with them, we’ll see how God guides and provides. Each night will include a family dinner, celebration singing, and an interactive lesson great for kids and parents alike. We’ll have cool crafts, wacky wilderness games, a meaningful service project and we’ll end our time with an Ice Cream Sundae Party!
This year we are returning to Camp Maranatha in the beautiful town of Idyllwild.
We will be diving into 1 Samuel and especially looking into the contrast between the character and leadership of King Saul and David.
